Rare are those times, when a festival comes at exactly the right time at the exactly right place. Reaching far into our memories, there are very few. For me, one example was the first twenty four hour rave party in Slovenia some seventeen years ago. Everyone was there.

In the sea of festivals circling more or less the same names, there is a festival coming up, which feels like one of those rare ones, and it takes place at the sea.

In the past two years, Outlook festival grew from a small festival on island of Pag to one of the most talked about summer festivals in the region. And in terms of its impressive coverage of everything dubstep, also one of (if not The) the best festivals of its kind.

Apart from being praised by the music world, thumbs up showed from the audiences as well, as it was last year voted as best overseas festival in the UK. There is no more doubt about its quality.

Throughout summer, word on the streets across Europe was spreading, a hush hush about Outlook’s sister, a festival on the legendary fort Punta Christo, a brand new festival and when the line-up finally started name dropping, our jaws were dropping as well.

Yes, we already know, we have tried it: it’s very hard to beat a festival that takes place at the seaside. There is indeed nothing better than dancing barefoot watching the sunrise, and nothing is more comforting for tired legs and head than the beautiful rocks and seas of Pula which welcome you whenever needed.

Add to this one of the sexiest live acts, Nicolas Jaar. Join the excitement with Mount Kimbie. Then add Four Tet on top. These three would be sufficient to return home happier than ever, but the list goes on and doesn’t stop at 100 names.

This is the classical conversation of this summer: To which festival are you going? We are definitely going to Dimensions.

ArtistTalk team will celebrate the launch of its website at this festival. And we will be reporting about Dimensions as well. Stay tuned!
