Maja Milos talks about her first film “Klip” (2012), which won among others also the first prize at the 23rd Liffe (Ljubljana Film festival). The Serbian director presents her new movie that speaks of the everyday life of teenagers in Serbia. This controversial film speaks about sexuality and identity among teenagers, and presents their life heavily underlining the influence of technologies (social networks, photo and video media) on their values, beliefs and feelings. In relation to this movie, we discussed her views on the problems of these new generations, their values or lack of them, the loss of identity and the difficulties that they are facing. Perhaps most importantly, how the film reveals not only their views, but also generational gaps and our own prejudices.

At the end some consideration about the crew and actors and the reaction of the public to the movie.

This interview was recorded during 23rd Liffe, Ljubljana 2012.
