Don Foresta, artist involved in new technologies as artistic tools for 40 years, is talking about his beginning in new media art, shooting videos, using telecommunication networks as a space for artistic experimentation, exchange and creation, and also sending images between Boston and Paris through telephone so called slow scan.

New technologies has been always something quite interesting from several points of view. One is how artists really take the tools and go somewhere else with them.

In the next part of interview he is talking about importance of network which will be dominant in future. In relation of network and culture Don is saying that culture should stay cultural not commercial territory. Also he is talking about programs such is Skype that tool is not good enough for art.
